Last month, was an eventful period for Shinobi Finance, marked by significant developments and collaborations. However, it also presented us with a major challenge — a security breach that impacted our community.
1)Security breach incident
The Himegami Smart Contract 0x1157eec1448c05fcffed85ccd4c922ce8cf6e09e was attacked by hackers on Sep 20 at 3:56 p.m JST. The hackers stole a sum equivalent to 9 $ETH from the Himegami Smart Contract.
Upon discovering the breach, we took immediate action to address the situation. Our security and technical teams worked diligently to assess the extent of the breach, identify vulnerabilities, and implement enhanced security measures. Our priority is to ensure the safety and security of our users and their assets.
Our leadership team has also been actively collaborating with the SINSO network team to strengthen the security and infrastructure of Shinobi Finance products. While further details regarding these improvements will be released soon, our commitment to ensuring the safety and reliability of our services remains unwavering.
